A 12‐week comprehensive online program of
foam rolling, active & passive stretching,
conditioning runs specific to sporting demands, strength and core work.

Initial consultation to include a Functional Movement Screen and Functional Core Screen.
1st followup meeting to review assessments & programs details
2nd followup meeting to re-assess at 6 week mark for program adjustments.

Acute exercise variables of sets, reps, tempo and
rest time will be included, monitored and adjusted,
along with a complete 12 week schedule of when
to perform each unit of the program.

4 day meal rotation recommendations based on questionnaires and further recommendations for eating around training & game days.
