I base my lifestyle & exercise coaching programs on the training and teachings of the world-renowned CHEK Institute, located in California USA. Your journey
Your journey begins with an assessment of your current physical and emotional condition through a series of questionnaires. These can all be done via my website. After you have completed your questionnaires, I will review them and contact you to set-up a Comprehensive Consultation.
After your consultation I will then design a nutritional plan and exercise program unique to your needs. They will not only address any pain you are experiencing but will focus on the underlying cause of these dysfunctions. These programs will enable you to restore optimal health and vitality.
You will receive an easy-to-follow detailed description of your exercise program, including acute variables such as rest, tempo, intensity, duration, repetitions and sets. This information along with video clips of each of your exercises is all available for you to view via my website.
Lifestyle programs will include nutritional recommendations along with suggestions on how to manage stress, find quiet time each day and get the appropriate amount of sleep to have you looking and feeling sharp both mentally and physically and ready to take on your day!
